Contribution and key responsibilities:
Defines and implements the Bank’s Enterprise Architecture strategy in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements, including the management of architectural principles, standards, technology portfolio, and technical debt.
Defines and accomplishes the Bank’s target and transitions architecture from the core banking system to digital channels, integrated into a unified and documented Enterprise Architecture.
Establishes engineering standards for the Bank’s Linux-based technology stack.
Leads the continued enhancement of the Bank’s operational resilience framework in line with DORA requirements.
Integrates Zero Trust and security-by-design principles
Collaborates closely with the Information Security, IT Infrastructure and Operations, Application Systems, Software Development, PMO and other relevant business and technology functions to ensure consistent architecture governance and implementation.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of enterprise networking, database administration, and DevOps practices, enabling effective architectural oversight across infrastructure, platforms, and application delivery.
For efficiency and effective role performance:
10+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in an architectural role.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
Deep and practical understanding of the Linux ecosystem and the open-source philosophy
Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, or an equivalent methodology.
Strong knowledge of modern technologies and hybrid architectures.
Understanding of the banking regulatory environment, including DORA, NIS2, GDPR.
