Georgi Lakovski is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include:

• Define and maintain scalable IP network architectures for internal service provider infrastructure.
• Lead the architecture and high-level design of international IP transformation projects, ensuring technical consistency from concept through implementation.
• Develop architecture guidelines, design standards, and technical documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), migration strategies, and implementation blueprints.
• Provide architectural leadership and technical guidance throughout deployment activities, supporting engineering and operational teams during implementation.
• Drive technology evolution by developing network modernization strategies, lifecycle management plans, and migration roadmaps.
• Work closely with engineering, operations, project management, vendors, and international customers to deliver robust network solutions.
• Contribute to technical proposals, RFI/RFP responses, solution sizing, and effort estimation for new customer opportunities.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• At least 2 years of practical experience in IP/MPLS service provider environments, with exposure to network design, architecture, or technical consulting.
• Strong knowledge of routing platforms from Cisco, Nokia, Juniper, or equivalent vendors.
• Professional certifications or equivalent expertise such as CCNA, CCNP, Nokia NRS, or comparable service provider certifications.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with technologies including: OSPF, IS-IS, and BGP routing protocols, MPLS, MPLS Traffic Engineering, Layer 3 VPN, VPLS/EoMPLS, EVPN, and VXLAN.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
