We are currently looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join our team in the Payments Department as an Intern Payments.

Main responsibilities:

• Active participation in Payments team discussions to improve and optimize processes
• Assistance in verification and processing of payments in national and foreign currency
• Assistance in responding to customer inquiries in connection with tracking and changes in transactions
• Participation in various projects related to payment products and services
• Correspondence and provision of necessary information related to payments to other departments in the Bank
• Assistance to the IT department in testing various functionalities related to the processes of the Payments department

• Desire to acquire new knowledge
• Readiness for open communication and listening to other people's opinions
• Initiative and active participation in the tasks relevant for the department or branch of the Bank
• Good level of English proficiency
• Bulgarian language - native or proficiency

Internship Details:

• Duration: 6 to 12 months/ on-site internship
• Schedule: Adapted to your university workload (no need for full-time presence or daily attendance)
• Paid internship: scholarship provided under a labor contract for specific working days of the week.
