Global Deal Manager

For one of our trusted partners, we are currently looking for a Global Deal Manager. The new addition to the team will play an essential role in driving revenue growth and expanding our global market presence.

Main Responsibilities

• Take part in the full Request-for-Proposal process: from document preparation to deal signing

• Actively coordinate bid processes, timelines, and stakeholder contributions.

• Support pricing strategy, ensuring alignment with finance guidance and market competitiveness.

• Lead negotiation rounds, offering support in legal and commercial discussions.

• Take part in strategy meetings, follow the agreed roadmap and offer suggestions for changes/improvements if necessary

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Legal, and senior management on opportunity qualification

• Support continuous improvement projects and initiatives
 

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in proposal/project management or in a sales position

• Fluent English - C1

• Command of French or German would be considered a great advantage

• Experience in a service industry environment and in an international organization

• Experience with MS Office and Salesforce

• Experience with Proposal Management SaaS and GenAI tools
