Expert Operational Risk

We are currently looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join our team in the General Risk Department as an Expert.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the assessment, management of operational risks in the Bank
• Performs regular assessments of efficiency of internal controls of the processes
• Integrate the new ESG requirements into the operational risk framework
• Perform regular monitoring of operational risk and report risk events
• Perform analysis on newly implemented processes and outsourcing activities
• Assure timely presentation of identified risks and propose mitigation measures
• Participate in implementation of the bank's risk-related policies and risk-assessment tools
• Report regularly to the Management board and to the ProCredit Group

Main requirements:

• Economic related university degree
• Excellent level of English language
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel, PowerPoint
• High self-motivation and willingness to learn
• 1 year experience on similar position is desirable but not obligatory
