Currently we are looking for Data privacy analyst with English + German/Spanish/Italian, who will join a team with a focus on compliance and privacy. The role provides opportunity for knowledge development and growth аs it will evolve over time.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage data privacy requests via dedicated inboxes, including initial assessment and response to data subjects in local languages using the privacy management system 
  • Maintain and regularly update the inventory of data processing activities in collaboration with business stakeholders 
  • Oversee contract-related privacy processes, including review, approval, signature coordination, and proper documentation storage 
  • Conduct third-party risk assessments, identify potential issues, and follow through to resolution using the risk management system 
  • Support global projects and initiatives by collecting, consolidating, and distributing relevant privacy-related information to local teams 
  • Respond to general data privacy inquiries from internal stakeholders, providing clear and practical guidance 
  • Ensure high-quality data and user support within the privacy management tool, including user guidance and training 
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of data privacy templates, playbooks, and related documentation 
  • Monitor global AI & Digital Law developments, maintain regulatory trackers, and support AI inventory management and governance processes 
  • Assist in the preparation of AI & Digital Law materials and internal trainings, as well as privacy communications and initiatives 

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • University degree in Business Management, Law, Risk Management, Compliance, Data Privacy/Data Protection, or a related field 
  • 1–2 years of experience in an international corporate environment ( data privacy experience is considered a plus, but NOT mandatory)
  • Understanding of data privacy principles and hands-on exposure to privacy or compliance activities 
  • Fluency in English, with professional proficiency in German , Italian or Spanish; additional languages are a plus 
  • Strong digital proficiency, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholders and teams 
  • Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach 
  • High attention to detail, with a structured and diligent working style 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while knowing when to seek guidance 
  • Comfortable working in multicultural environments and contributing to an inclusive, international team
