We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Support Specialist to help our customers get the best experience with our energy products. You will be the main point of contact for questions, orders, and support requests, making sure every customer feels valued and supported.


What you will do in this role:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What skills are needed:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish (C1) and English (B2) are required.
• Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is strongly preferred.
• A solid commitment to high-quality customer support and a passion for assisting people.
• Knowledge of solar energy systems and inverters is an advantage, as is a degree or qualification in electrical studies. Аbility to quickly grasp technical concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
