Role Overview:
For one of our clients, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (SAP / Order Management) to join a dynamic and international team in a Shared Services environment. The role is focused on SAP-based order processing and coordination, with limited phone interaction and strong emphasis on operational accuracy and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders in SAP
- Monitor product availability, deliveries, and invoicing accuracy
- Coordinate with Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales teams
- Maintain and update Customer Master Data in SAP
- Ensure timely resolution of order-related issues and discrepancies
- Support Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and support process improvements
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Supply Chain
- Hands-on experience with SAP is a must
- Fluent English is a must
- Understanding of Order-to-Cash processes is an advantage
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
