Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist

Procomm Chemicals is a Bulgarian company with over 20 years of experience in the trade and distribution of chemical raw materials and additives, providing reliable supply and logistics solutions to clients across multiple industries.

We are looking for a proactive and organized professional who combines strong administrative skills with a customer-oriented sales mindset. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, multitasking, and supporting both daily operations and business growth activities.

Responsibilities:

Administrative & Operational Support

• Preparation and processing of offers, orders, invoices, export documents and reports
• Daily email and phone communication with clients, suppliers, and partners
• Communication and coordination with the warehouse regarding deliveries and orders
• Following up on pending orders, documentation, and customer requests

Sales & Business Development Support

• Contacting prospective clients and suppliers via phone and email
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and partners
• Identifying new business opportunities and assisting in expanding the client portfolio locally and globally. 
• Preparing sales-related documentation and supporting the sales process

Requirements

• Previous experience in administration, sales support, customer service, or a similar role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage

• Fluent English;
