For one of our partners, international insurance company, we are currently looking for Client Support Expert /insurance/.

You’ll play a key role in supporting clients after their policy issuance. You will be responsible for welcome calls, data verification, service follow‑ups, and handling client inquiries. Your work ensures a smooth customer experience and contributes to service quality, policy retention, and overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Welcome Calls to clients with newly issued policies
• Collect feedback from agents and managers and follow up on actual payments
• Provide phone service for orphan policies and those issued through brokers or partners
• Call clients with activated APL (Automatic Premium Loan) after end‑of‑month to ensure awareness and identify service needs
• Handle incoming client calls — provide timely, clear, and effective assistance
• Provide regular feedback to Management on open topics and trends
• Track and document communication on cases submitted to the Agency; update Agency Managers/HO on progress or pending issues
• Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Humanities
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Strong writing abilities; experience in professional correspondence is an advantage
• Excellent computer skills: MS Word, Excel, and general office technologies
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and meet deadlines
• A team player with a positive attitude, problem‑solving mindset, energy, and flexibility
