The department delivers innovative products and services to frontline staff working on over 6,000 projects throughout every Region and Global Practice. Our teams support and enable Bank priorities, boost operational efficiency and effectiveness, and facilitate Operational knowledge discovery. Our delivery model leverages global expertise, design and architecture, leading technology, and robust processes to deliver business solutions that ensure value for money.
This is your job:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, with a specific focus on AI features and solutions.
- Create clear, concise, and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria based on documented requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Work in close partnership with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of product features, providing ongoing clarification and support.
- Actively participate in Agile Scrum meetings and provide expert input on the product backlog prioritization, leveraging knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles.
- Utilize Azure DevOps for effective management of the product backlog and diligent tracking of progress.
- Conduct thorough user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that implemented features meet the defined business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Communicate any changes in requirements to clients and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and distribute meeting minutes, track commitments, and maintain comprehensive documentation to monitor progress.
Your qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of five years of progressive experience in Information Technology.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively to team members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated positive attitude, commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
- Proven experience in SAFe, with a track record of contributing to successful product development leveraging Agile principles.
- Proficiency in utilizing Azure DevOps for backlog management and progress tracking.
- Experience coordinating deliverables across multidisciplinary teams and geographically dispersed time zones.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, with a strong aptitude for prioritizing tasks.
- Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural, international work environment.
- Capacity to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently with a high degree of accuracy.
