Contribution and key responsibilities:
- Utilize databases and BI tools to extract, process, and interpret complex data sets, transforming them into actionable business insights;
- KPI analysis for mobile and online banking and proposing data-backed initiatives to boost customer engagement;
- Generating ad-hoc reports, automating data/KPI processes (real-time, daily, weekly, monthly) and developing dashboards using BI tool - Tableau;
- Build and manage targeted customer segments based on behaviour, demographics, and other criteria, to support personalized campaigns and strategic outreach
- Participating in cross-functional projects focused on the development and positioning of digital channels and collaborating with Marketing, Retail Banking, IT, and other departments;
- Monitoring industry trends and best practices in digital banking and omnichannel communications.
For efficiency and effective role performance:
- Bachelor's Degree – Economics, Finance, Business, Marketing, Statistics
- Professional experience –At least 1 year of professional experience in data analysis, digital marketing, CRM, or customer communication roles
- Knowledge in SQL and/or PL/SQL
- Knowledge in BI Tool - Tableau
- Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strategic thinking and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Team-working skills
