On behalf of one of our most trusted clients, an international company, we are currently looking for talented individuals to join the team on the position of Administrative Specialist with Dutch, French and English
Main Responsibilities:
- Activate contracts in accordance with SLA
- Validate contracts to ensure BQC compliance
- Handle partner billing daily as per SLA
- Ensure all vendor/client data uploaded in the system is accurate and up-to-date
- Liaise with vendors and clients on matters concerning contract terms or policy specifics
- Send welcome letters along with the first invoice for each processed contract
- Manage contract and customer changes
Requirements:
- High school diploma or higher
- Related professional certifications are a plus
- Proficiency in English, Dutch and French
- In-depth experience in contract administration
- Experience in leasing or processing financial data
- Good knowledge of finance agreements
- Attention to detail
