We’re modernizing zinc production in Kardzhali, and we’re looking for the people who will run its next phase.

Harmonee is an industrial company in non-ferrous metallurgy with a team of around 140 people. We are carrying out a phased programme to modernize and expand our zinc production. The first phase is complete and in operation: a new Waelz kiln for processing secondary zinc-bearing metallurgical raw materials.

We are introducing advanced digital systems to monitor and control processes and equipment, track material flows and inventory, and analyze production data. These solutions are designed with a strong focus on resource and energy efficiency. We produce for international markets and are members of the Bulgarian Association of Metallurgical Industry (BAMI), the Bulgarian Federation of Industrial Energy Consumers (BFIEC) and the International Zinc Association (IZA).

We’re large enough for serious industrial projects and small enough that each person’s contribution matters. Here, an improvement idea can lead to real change in production, and it counts towards our bonus scheme.
