Biovet AD is a leading European manufacturer of veterinary medicinal products used to treat and prevent diseases and to maintain and improve the health of animals. The company was founded in 1961 and takes pride in its long-standing history, combined with well-established traditions in veterinary medicine and pharmacy. Biovet AD is part of the Huvepharma family.
Biovet’s manufacturing facilities are located in three Bulgarian cities - Peshtera, Razgrad, and Botevgrad. The company’s products are exported to more than 100 countries across six continents and comply with all requirements of the European, British, and United States Pharmacopoeias. Biovet maintains high quality standards through an implemented quality management system, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and effective control systems.

Biovet AD offers industrial training and internship opportunities for students and pupils from leading universities and schools. The company has an agreement with the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy (UCTM), Sofia, for a dual master’s degree program in Bioprocess Engineering.
