We’re looking for a Back Office Specialist to support payment operations, manage client data, and ensure accuracy across financial services—no experience needed, just motivation to grow in fintech.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process and verify financial transactions, client data, and documentation in internal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory standards.
  • Create and maintain client profiles using Flexi KYC systems.
  • Monitor and resolve discrepancies in payments, client documentation, and internal records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to obtain and validate accurate information.
  • Support onboarding processes and ongoing account maintenance.

 

KEY  REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in a back-office, administrative, or support role is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with fintech or financial services is an advantage.
