We’re looking for a Back Office Specialist to support payment operations, manage client data, and ensure accuracy across financial services—no experience needed, just motivation to grow in fintech.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process and verify financial transactions, client data, and documentation in internal systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory standards.
- Create and maintain client profiles using Flexi KYC systems.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in payments, client documentation, and internal records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to obtain and validate accurate information.
- Support onboarding processes and ongoing account maintenance.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in a back-office, administrative, or support role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with fintech or financial services is an advantage.
