You’ll play a strategic role in leading the modernization of a core logistics and warehouse management system used by hospitals. You’ll oversee a team of developers, fostering a supportive and innovative environment, while guiding both technical direction and team growth. In close collaboration with cross-functional teams in France, you’ll play a key role in shaping the system’s architecture and ensuring high-quality, scalable delivery through strong leadership and best engineering practices.

As a Java Technical Lead, you will:

• Oversee a team of 10 developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment while guiding team members in technical and professional development.
• Participate in the scoping and strategic planning of the entire project, ensuring timely and quality delivery of the application.
• Drive the architectural design and implementation of the application using Java, PostgreSQL, Quarkus, OpenShift, and Vue.js.
• Work closely with teams in France, including senior developers, architects, and product stakeholders, to co-design and deliver a robust and scalable system.
• Ensure high standards of software quality and maintainability through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience on a Lead position, with a strong background in Java and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, Quarkus, OpenShift, and frontend frameworks like Vue.js.
• Proven experience in leading a team, with strong people management and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with a collaborative and innovative mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex problems within the healthcare industry.
