We are seeking a Hospital Operations Reporting Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing healthcare delivery through data insights. Be part of our team shaping the future of healthcare in our community!

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze hospital operations and resources to develop strategies for increasing sales volume;
• Monitor and analyze patient needs and market conditions to identify growth opportunities;
• Prepare proposals to the Manager for new services tailored to patient needs;
• Actively seek and develop new business opportunities to expand hospital services;
• Provide strategic suggestions to the Manager for different categories of patients;
• Lead the development of programs and projects related to the business development of the hospital facility;
• Assist and support the daily work of the Manager to ensure smooth operations;
• Perform other specifically assigned tasks related to the position;
• Uphold high standards of quality in all work performed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and reaching milestones;
• Knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare industry regulations.
