About the Team
Incident and Security Response minimizes disruption to IT services 24/7 by detecting and resolving incidents as quickly as possible. We handle operational security, and we prevent disruption of IT services by performing standard operational procedures for maintenance. Additionally, we take the role of incident managers during high priority incidents and disaster recovery.
The team members comprise a strong process and security mind-set and additional knowledge in virtualization, servers, operating systems, cloud, databases, and networking. Just as important -the spirit is high and there is a warm and welcoming atmosphere with knowledge sharing and willingness to help and support each other.
