ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:
We are a team of passionate HR professionals, working for 23 countries in CCHBC Family. In People Services we work closely with stakeholders from all countries in scope, aiming to improve the end-to-end experience of the employees and line managers.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Arrangement of paper documents (creating files, putting away documents to existing personnel files and moving terminated ones to the archive collection).
- Training for basic knowledge in the systems (SAP, Workday) - how to do hiring, termination and organizational change.
- Administration of absences and sick leaves.
- Timely respond to external customers on their queries.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- University bachelor’s degree in human resources, accounting, finance, economics or a related field.
- A strong interest in the area of human resources.
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
- Time Management and prioritization skills.
- Good knowledge of MS office.
