Strategy, Transformation & Technology Manager/Senior Manager

Currently we are seeking a highly motivated person to support the continuing growth of our business in the position of Manager and/or Senior Manager in our Consulting practice in Sofia.
The role:
- Self-initiate and co-lead business development in Bulgarian (and potentially SEE) market activities to identify opportunities with new and existing clients (leading banks, insurance companies, payment institutions, fintech players and companies from other industries seeking ways to grow or partner in the financial services space)
- Support Financial Institutions (fintech players, other disruptors, insurers, banks...) in solving their strategic, operational and technology related challenges; lead and participate in our engagements, primarily (but not exclusively) in Bulgaria and across Southeastern Europe
- Remain up to date with regional and global business and economic issues, including latest strategic and digital/innovation/AI trends and their impact on industry players
- Participate in hiring, developing, leading and supervising more junior team members

What we expect from you:
- Enthusiasm, can-do attitude, ability to lead, support, train and coach others and work effectively and manage engagement teams
- Ability and desire to achieve real tangible impact for our clients
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in financial services industry (retail & digital banking, product development, strategy, PMO) as well as at least 2 years of experience in one of the leading consulting firms or digital/technology vendors
- Knowledge and awareness of both basics and trends related to technology and digital transformation in FS industry, ability to connect those with individual client needs and thus co-create concrete business opportunities
- Good presentation, communication and relationship management skills, fluency and ability to communicate in English and university degree(s)
