This is why we are expanding our Online Games Department team and are now seeking fresh and enthusiastic individuals to join us in the exciting digital world of iGaming.

Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client operational and business needs
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and new product launches
Proactively drive EGT Digital product adoption and market share
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
Work with Sales, PMO, Compliance, and other internal teams to develop strategic plans and ensure KPIs are being met
Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
Generate internal system reports and analyze performance metrics
Represent EGT Digital at major industry events

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in the Gambling Facilities and Casinos industry – minimum 2 years
Preferably 2+ years of experience in Account Management / Business Development role
Experience within the Software Industry, preferably within a Product Company
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Experience in communicating with customers
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Very good understanding of software delivery life cycle
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Excellent cross-group collaboration skills
Can-do attitude, positive, proactive
Organized, able to prioritize and resolve critical and complex issues
Strong command of the English Language – verbal and written
