As a Back Office Specialist with expertise in SAP and sales processes, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by managing the backend operations that are essential for the smooth running of sales activities. Your deep understanding of SAP software will enable you to efficiently handle data management, sales order processing, and offer creation. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure the sales pipeline flows efficiently, from the initial offer to the final sale.

 

THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:

 

  • Responsible for all data modification in the SAP Sales Area with a focus on Data Quality and Accuracy
  • Maintain Master Data in the relevant system in compliance with the procedures, codes of conduct, or any other internal documents of the Company adopted according to the internal rules
  • Demonstrate experience with SAP software, particularly in sales and distribution modules. Familiarity with SAP's data entry, reporting, and analytics capabilities
  • Work closely with different departments based on the customer data changes to ensure that Master Data standards and accurate setup are considered
  • Influence the concept of data quality maintenance and improvement
  • Improve professional skills through on-the-job training

   

THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

 

  • Experience in the same or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales data and offers
  • Experience with SAP systems and modules
  • Fluency in English - both written and verbal
  • Experienced user of MS Office applications
  • Experience in successfully managing a variety of tasks and being able to meet deadlines
  • Passionate about data maintenance and business processes
  • Team player, action-oriented with attention to detail and accuracy
