IT Demand Manager

Key tasks and responsibilities: 

• Keeping in touch with internal clients and performs as a first point of contact for new requirements from business departments;
• Ensures that requirements are formulated and coordinates with requirements engineer if necessary;
• Derives feasible project and requirements packages and thus proactively contributes to the design of the implementation roadmap;
• Accompanies the implementation process and can provide information on various implementation parameters (effort, costs, milestones, progress, challenges, etc.);
• Prepares ITdocumentation based on clients’ requirements;
• Coordinates information to involve stakeholders in the concept phase of different projects;
• Prepares of documents for the IT Steering committee are prepared and harmonized (Planning different aspects of the project - quality assurance, evaluation model, IT cost & IT resource plan, etc.;
• Keeping relevant information for budget planning or forecasting up to date. 

Your profile: 

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices is a plus;
• Analytical thinking;
• Willingness to work on many topics in parallel;
• High level of business communication skills;
• Very good level of English; Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel; Power BI is a plus.
