Veronika Bencheva is looking for a new team member.
Accelerate your career as part of our OSS/DevOps Team.


Your daily routine would include:
•    Working with internal customers to identify and define requirements for new solutions;
•    Enhance and configure application functionality to meet business needs; 
•    Database queries to extract data;
•    Executing tasks in Windows corporate environment;
•    Configuration and administration of Inventory Operational Support Systems (OSS);
•    Supporting OSS production systems and platforms;
•    Troubleshooting non-standard solutions with users and internal development units;
•    Automation and orchestration of operational tasks;
•    Root cause analysis of resolved issues;
•    On-call duties per schedule.


 

Job requirements

We’ll know you can make it if you have:
•    Experience in ITIL/ITSM (CR, Incidents, SLA) environment;
•    Knowledge in Java SE and Oracle-JVM;
•    Ability to write SQL queries, procedures and functions In Oracle Database;
•    Understanding of telecommunications technologies;
•    Working experience with network inventory;
•    Networking knowledge;
•    Excellent written and spoken English skills.

 

Nice to have:
•    Previous experience in application support and development;
•    Experience with Jira/Atlassian products;
•    Experience with Cramer application;
•    Knowledge in Windows corporate environment.
