For our Global Business Services Center, situated in Sofia, we are looking for an autonomous, detail-oriented person with excellent communication skills at the position: Technical Support Specialist (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM)

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve Bugs
• Test Dynamics 365 User Stories and Bugs, existing processes
• Develop relevant documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Handle simple Customizations of Dynamics 365 CE (customer engagement) Solutions

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience customizing and testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information systems
• Ability to work on multiple Support Bugs simultaneously
• Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Online)
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• High level of English (both written and spoken)
