Technical Support Guru with Spanish and English (Night-Shifts only)

Job description

To ensure the expansion of our service delivery center in Sofia we are looking for Technical Support Specialists who will be dealing with support of routers, wi-fi set up and smart control systems and device integration.

Your main tasks:
• Provide first class customer service and technical support through phone and e-mail
• Help customers with account, product and order -related inquiries
• Utilize provided tools and resources to resolve customer issues and walk-through
• Represent the client in a professional yet friendly manner through phone and email interaction
• Adhere to client’s defined processes & procedures and company policies
• Transfer or endorse contacts to the appropriate department for resolution

Job requirements

Our requirements:
• Excellent Spanish – both written and spoken
• Very good English
• Computer Navigation Skills and multi-tasking
• Knowledge in internet router's specifications, internet connectivity and troubleshooting
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users
• Knowledge in Consumer Electronics' specifications, usage, and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills
