Senior QA Automation Engineer at

Digital Banking Department, Sofia

Contribution and key responsibilities:

• Analyze project documentation and product requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Appium + Java for the Digital Banking platform – mobile application and website
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation
• Engage daily with development teams (POs/BAs, developers, and designers) to address issues and ensure alignment
• Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to identify optimal technical solutions that meet business requirements
• Document identified issues thoroughly in JIRA

• Prepare and present quality status reports

   

For efficiency and effective role performance:

• 2 years in a QA Automation role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proven experience in bug reporting and creating comprehensive test cases
• Hands-on experience in web and mobile testing
• Expertise in mobile automation using Appium with Java
• Proficient with Jira, Cucumber, and Allure Report
• Experience in Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of the test strategies and processes
• Solid understanding of test strategies and processes
• Be a team player, proactive, methodological and organized
• Good English communications skills, both written and spoken

• Experience in banking аrea is an advantage
