For the starting of a new organization, directed towards offering global business services, we are looking for Payments Specialist to join our team.



Your daily routine would include:
 

  • Ensure timely and accurate application of customer payments on a daily basis.
     
  • Investigate any transaction failures and proceeding manual postings.
     
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues.
     
  • Perform payment runs and direct debits as per the payment schedule, escalating issues to the responsible Team Lead.
     
  • Locate customer overpayments on deposit level for upcoming invoices.
     
  • Providing on-going support for the OTC business solution.
     
  • Handling reconciliation of payments received via collection agencies and A1 shop.
     

Job requirements

  • Participating in cross-functional process and system improvement initiatives.
     
  • Collecting and summarizing accounting and business information for the purposes of the management and internal needs, while ensuring reliable and timely communication with all stakeholders.
     
  • Providing support to the organization as requested.
     
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
     
  • Customer service skills, communication skills with attention to detail.
     
  • Problem solving skills and adherence to deadlines.
     
  • Fluent level of German – written and spoken;
     
  • Fluent level of English – written and spoken.
