Responsibilities:

• Daily data load Monitoring and trouble shooting.
• Data status reporting to Business users in regular intervals.
• Documentation of issues with their fix.
• Incident Management Knowledge through Servicenow
• Maintaining SLA Compliance for all Tickets
• Maintaining maximum Ticket quality and Adhering process
• Control M schedular knowledge.
• Technical document update.
• To train and transfer knowledge to the team members.
• Discuss the issues in weekly client meeting.
• Performance report generation on monthly basis.
• Human Error Avoidance & Security Compliance
• Gaining CSAT feedback

Requirements:

• At least 4 Years of similar experience
• SAP BW/BI 7.X (Administration and Troubleshooting)
• Reporting - BEx reporting, SAP BO, AFO (Administration and Troubleshooting)
• SAP ECC (SD/MM/FI) (Administration)
• SAP CRM (Contracts/Service/BP/IBase) (Administration and Troubleshooting)
• Design Studio (Knowledge)
• SAP BW HANA (Administration and Troubleshooting)
• ABAP programming skills
