In this position you will be able to implement your ideas, knowledge and sales experience in our Ocean & Air department.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and motivate commercial team to achieve specific business and performance targets
- Provide inspirational leadership by monitoring individual performance, coaching and supporting the current team and new members
- Participate in the recruitment process and organize the effective induction of new employees
- Develop effective business strategies to drive sales growth and meet the department’s objectives
- Interpret market trends, adapt and take advantage to industry changes
- Generate new prospect leads and new accounts via different channels
- Maximize all revenue opportunities from existing customers by proactively pursuing undeveloped areas
- Analyses sales activities and results
