Requirements for the position
Our recently established Transformation Office is in charge of the implementation of strategic initiatives that support the long term value creation for our customers via continuous improvement, innovation and digitalization, ensuring sustainable results for our stakeholders.
As a Product Owner Mobile Banking Development, you will be responsible to:
Lead a cross-functional team of 10+ professionals dedicated to develop the mobile banking of Unicredit – Bulbank Mobile;
Follow all recently used practices under Agile methodology in development and implementation of new and adjustment of existing functionalities of Bulbank Mobile;
Build knowledge and competence within the team of successful delivery models, while using the synergy model of cooperation between internal (Bank’s) capacity and external workforce (vendors of the Bank);
Work closely with the other business units of the bank in order to prioritize the strategic developments within Bulbank Mobile;
Define and follows strictly the designed delivery roadmap, which is incorporated in the agreed backlog with functionalities;
Be the linking point of contact between IT and Business Departments in terms of digital transformation topics;
Participate in defining and applying a Design thinking methodology for managing Customer and Employee Journeys.
Create an environment of continuous learning for the team members to support team capabilities and individual people development.
Passion for innovations and strong interest towards technological development within the banking world;
Master degree in Economics or in the field of Technologies;
2 or more years of experience with electronic channels - internet/mobile banking, online sales applications;
Participation with a leading role in agile projects and/or big digital transformation programs;
Ability to understand the customer needs, implementing processes/products following customers’ voice, applying best user experience practices;
Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, creative and innovative thinking with strong communication and analytical skills;
Fluency in English;
Knowledge of banking products would be considered as an advantage.
