- Develop and maintain relationships with gamers across Europe over chat and email.
- Communicate with existing clients in different forums and help them use the company’s merchandise.
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service.
- Execute an organized, efficient, and structured working process.
- Meet predetermined targets and represent the company professionally.
