Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Local Quality Specialist - Process Expert (f/m/d) to strengthen our team at our manufacturing facility in Cherven Bryag.

_{^{YOUR TASKS}}

• Support the planning and implementation of SAP projects and quality management processes, focusing on local execution, workshops, and training sessions.
• Assist with local requirements analysis, process design, and implementation of QM processes and quality-relevant tools and systems (e.g., SAP Q, Quentic, M-Files, Signavio, Enable Now, Polyworks).
• Create and maintain local project status reports, including tracking related incidents and key updates.
• Ensure regular communication between factory quality and regional/global process experts on process and system-related topics.
• Prepare reports for the Quality Manager (Plant) and regional/global Process Expert contacts to ensure alignment and support decision-making.

_{^{YOUR QUALIFICATIONS}}

• Proficiency in Bulgarian with good spoken and written English and/or German (B2 level).
• Passion for holistic and integrative quality management processes, as well as interest in new technologies, digitization platforms, and SAP Q solutions.
• Desirable: Proven expertise in the application and implementation of software solutions in quality management.
• Experience with the application and/or administration of systems such as SAP, SAP Q, Quentic, M-Files, Signavio, Enable Now, and Polyworks is highly valued.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to challenges.
