Learning Management System Administrator

Job description

For our Global Business Services Center, situated in Sofia, we are looking for an experienced Learning Management System Administrator - you will play a key role in managing, optimizing, and enhancing our Learning Management System to deliver an exceptional online learning experience. You will work closely with trainers, instructional designers and other specialist - internal requestors, to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve our LMS.

 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • LMS Maintenance: Ensure the LMS is up and running smoothly, performing regular updates, and implementing necessary system changes
  • User Support: Provide technical support to colleagues worldwide on LMS-related issues and inquiries on a daily base
  • Content Management: Upload the content created by the instructional designers ensuring it is user-friendly and accessible
  • LMS Process Enhancement: Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure smooth process and improve the LMS's user experience
  • Data Analytics: Generate and analyze LMS usage data to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
  • Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and documentation to help users effectively navigate the LMS
  • Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues that may arise within the LMS

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training Design, Learning and development or a related field
  • Experience in LMS administration using SAP (Success Factor) is a must.
  • Strong technical skills, including familiarity with databases, web technologies, and learning analytics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset
  • Excellent command in English /mandatory/
