As a Junior Trainer at Pontica Solutions, you'll support the training of new and existing staff in a fast-paced BPO environment. Working with Senior Trainers and Operations, you'll help deliver effective sessions to ensure employees are equipped for success. This role offers hands-on experience, continuous learning, and growth opportunities. #wegrowtogether
What You’ll Do?
- Conduct live training sessions (in-person and online)
- Deliver a wide range of training sessions to teams and individuals
- Use tools like quizzes and interactive activities to boost learning
- Foster an engaging, inclusive learning environment
- Adapt your approach for different audiences and topics
- Be a positive, energetic presence in all training sessions
