Requirements for the position
Responsible to manage the overall performance of the teams delivering HR processes administration services.
Ensure that processes meet business requirements in an automated and as user-friendly manner as possible.
Contribute to making BSO HR Processes Stream a Centre of Service Excellence.
Manage HR Processes teams performance through metrics and key performance indicators.
Develop high-performing teams through staff personal development plans and effective coaching.
Encourage the teams to take responsibility and reach their maximum potential.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
Minimum 2-year of people management experience with the ability to build and motivate teams.
Experience in managing HR projects, requiring multi-functional team working, developing timetables, and setting deadlines in order to achieve HR and customer objectives.
Clear evidence of coping with conflicting demands and prioritizing tasks.
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other relevant field.
Display high energy and drive.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
