Job requirements

Your Tasks

  • Respond to partners queries and questions in a timely and professional manner;
  • Project a professional company image through email interaction;
  • Prioritize tasks and collaborate with other teams when needed;
     

     Our Requirements
     

  • Excellent Verbal & Written skills in German (B2H/C1 Level)
  • Good Verbal & Written skills in English (B2 Level);
  • Previous Experience in Customer Service is an advantage;
  • Intermediate technical PC knowledge and ability to multitask;
  • Communication skills and ability to maintain good relationship with customers, assisting them in finding the best solution;
  •  Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills, with a “can do” attitude;
  • Ability to present complex information in a simple and understandable way;
