Requirements for the position
In this role, you will work with End-to-end design and delivery team and business leads to develop the roadmap and feature definition of the assigned digital product, e.g. workflow software solutions, digital channels for interacting with customers, etc.;
Understanding of customer needs and value that can be created through digitalization;
Incorporate customer feedback into product development and gathers requirements and writes user stories or specifications for digital product features;
Gain understanding of current processes, thereafter engage in designing a simplified and digital-friendly process. Assures the target process is reconciled with relevant stakeholders;
Design customer experience journeys and create the needed user stories;
Communicates user stories or feature specifications to system analysts and software engineers/ developers, ensuring they have a complete understanding of the underlying requirement and business context for each feature.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of digital technologies, Information Technologies, Project/Product Management, Product Ownership or related experience and/or training certification in Agile product management;
Experience in application development management in AGILE, KANBAN, LEAN;
UX/UI Design mindset;
Good communication and presentation skills;
The ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Deep planning skills with ability to organize thematic work areas in deep detail with long-term vision and iterative execution.
