Essential Job Functions:
• Research and demonstrate new IT projects and services.
• Apply/design realistic operation models and concepts

• Periodically audit and direct the performance of audits of IT assets and environment(s)
• Partner with internal clients and provide project support, as needed, to ensure equipment or project planning
and asset management project tasks, scope, resources, and timelines are adequately aligned to meet project
plan requirements
• Keep all supporting groups advised of the provisioning plan
• Utilize knowledge of IT networks, power systems, structured cabling, Network platforms and network
hardware and infrastructure systems and network equipment facilities, data center equipment enclosure
requirements, physical data center layouts
• Perform and oversee equipment placement and planning for data centers and client office facilities
• Utilize and implement Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) software, manage on-going changes
within the data center environment
• Build and maintain databases for use in generation of regular and ad-hoc queries, forms and reports
• Support capacity planning and coordinate resource allocation
• Provide capacity management reports on a regular basis
• Develop and manage equipment placement processes in compliance with institutional policies and
procedures
• Undertake Information Security Management related tasks
• Utilize security tools and perform validations of automated scans and reports, provide probable mitigation
steps
• Follow up with stakeholders, highlight important vulnerabilities, educate stakeholders with applicable
solutions
• Track Vulnerabilities on an ongoing basis

Educational Qualifications and Experience:
• Level I: Bachelor’s degree in a related IT field: Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology,
Computer Science and extensive working experience in the required field
• Proven role Specific Experience directly related to job description in a large corporate IT environment.
• Experience in software development with programming and scripting skills
• Hands-on experience deploying, maintaining, and tuning centrally managed desktop security products, such
as Cisco Security Agent, McAfee, Symantec, or similar products is a plus
• In day-to-day operation to be familiar with Server and Endpoint devices in
• Current operating systems, network operations and current hardware systems
• Extensive working experience in existing IT technology and knowledge of developing trends in IT solutions
to help the organization remain up to date on the latest IT service quality, including operation infrastructure
design, telecommunication, data storage and process, endpoint management to harmonize on-prem
operation and Cloud base services.
• Planning and tech forecasting: working experience in the product life cycle in software application,
enterprise services or hardware systems
• Experience with WebEx & Cisco collaboration products
Information Security and compliance:
• Extensive working experience in Information Security to provide recommendations or solutions to protect
corporate data.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Programming/Systems or related field
