What would you do on this position:

  • Respond to requests in a timely and accurate way, coming from partners in Salesforce.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

 

Job requirements

What skills are needed:

  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for helping others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian (C1) and English (B2) are a must.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution.
  • Ability to handle unsatisfied/upset partners, mediate and find suitable solutions.
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to interact productively across channels.
  • Experience in Operations, Sales and with Salesforce tool is a plus.
