Bilingual Customer Success Specialist (French & English)

What would you do on this position:

- Respond to requests in a timely and accurate way, coming from partners in Salesforce.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.

- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job requirements

Requirements:

- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for helping others.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French (B2/C1) and English (B2/C1) are a must.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution.

- Ability to handle unsatisfied/upset partners, mediate and find suitable solutions.

- Strong negotiation skills, ability to interact productively across channels.

- Experience in Operations, Sales and with Salesforce tool is a plus.
