About Baringa:
We set out to build the world’s most trusted consulting firm – creating lasting impact for clients and pioneering a positive, people-first way of working. We work with everyone from FTSE 100 names to bright new start-ups, in every sector.
You’ll find us collaborating shoulder-to-shoulder with our clients, from the big picture right down to the detail: helping them define their strategy, deliver complex change, spot the right commercial opportunities, manage risk, or bring their purpose and sustainability goals to life. Our clients love how we get to know what makes their organisations tick – slotting seamlessly into their teams and being proudly geeky about solving their challenges.
We have hubs in Europe, the US, Asia and Australia, and we work all around the world - from a wind farm in Wyoming to a boardroom in Berlin. Find us wherever there's a challenge to be tackled and an impact to be made.
Our Technology practice are looking for an experienced Architecture Manager / Senior Manager to join the team.
In Technology, we focus on the skills, capabilities and offerings to help define, drive, and support Technology led and enabled change. We have extensive experience in the strategic development, design, delivery and assurance of substantial IT transformation across financial services, energy, commodities, utilities, telecoms and government. Our skilled IT specialists become trusted advisors, acting impartially of all IT providers, delivering significant value to our clients. We are looking for more great individuals to join our Architecture practice, one of the core capabilities in Technology, with a passion for technology and a drive to help our clients deliver more complex and demanding business change. In our Architecture practice we focus on the skills, capabilities and offerings required to provide the perfect balance of innovation, pace and control in technology enabled change. Our focus is on the delivery of value and as such we work on our client’s most complex and highest return challenges. Delivery of commodity or ivory tower architecture is not where we play. We see strong demand in the market for pragmatic, delivery focussed architects who are capable of leading teams in agile working environments. As such we offer training in Agile architecture skills alongside a grounding in modern digital technologies; cloud, microservices, containerisation, distributed ledgers, low code and robotic automation solutions, to name a few. We use this mix of agility, deep technical expertise and pragmatism to help our clients build an enduring architecture capability as well as supporting them to deliver their most complex challenges. Maximising business value for our clients through the definition and delivery of effective and robust technology architectures is our core offering.
