Agile Tester Connected Products

Competencies:

− Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or equivalent training with relevant professional experience
− Knowledge of agile software development methods (SCRUM, Kanban)
− Knowledge of various testing methods
− Experience with explorative testing during development and implementing automated regression tests will be considered as advantage
− Initial experience with test frameworks like Selenium, as well as desirable knowledge of Postman, Python, Java, and Bash/Shell scripting
− Basic understanding of Bluetooth Low Energy or Wi-Fi protocols in IoT environments would be an advantage
− Ability to define requirements for application and hardware logs and analyze them
− Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge in German language is a plus
− Excellent teamwork skills, ability to communicate effectively and assertively, and an independent working style are required
− A passion for quality and a desire to work in an innovative and international environment

Responsibilities:

− Work in dynamic, agile teams and help shape our digital vision through innovative products
− Develop test scenarios and test plans perfectly aligned with product requirements
− Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders
− Support the development team in defining acceptance criteria for user stories and their approval
− Conduct explorative and manual testing throughout the development process of new product features
− Evaluate and transparently communicate test results, progress, and product quality within the development team
− Introduce and optimize automated testing
