Sales Manager in Renewable Energy Sector

We are looking for a Sales Manager to develop and expand our renewable energy business in Bulgaria. If you have sales experience and want to work with innovative energy solutions, this role offers strong growth potential and real impact.

What will you do?

• Develop and close new business opportunities
• Manage and grow relationships with clients
• Sell renewable energy solutions (solar inverters, BESS, EV charging, etc.)
• Analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process
• Work with CRM systems and maintain sales pipeline

What are we looking for?

• 2–3+ years of sales experience
• At least 1 year experience in renewable energy / solar sector is preferable
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems is a plus
• Valid driving license (Category B)

Languages:

• Bulgarian – C2 (fluent)
• English – C1 (advanced)
