We are looking for a professional House Manager who is eager to look after and manage all daily operations in a private residential property – consular residency in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the household and ensure that everything in the property is running according to the requirements of the owners and their guests;
- Manage staff members (domestic helpers, drivers and maintenance personnel) – six persons;
- Ensure that all employees are trained properly and working efficiently according to their designated roles;
- Coordinate activities with vendors and contractors;
- Manage household and budgets;
- Organize events by selecting the chef, menu, wine and taking care of an appropriate setting;
- Take care of grocery shopping and meal preparation by ordering high-quality products from local organic farms and from abroad;
- Oversee cleaning of the property;
- Supervise gardeners and plant maintenance;
- Manage daily maintenance and general renovation at the property as well as the supply of furniture, appliances and equipment;
