Direct marketing and Sales lead (SLAM Captain Investment products)

Your role will be:

• Lead and coordinate a self-organizing multidisciplinary SLAM team focused on Investments, driving business growth, customer engagement, and digital sales results.
• Define, prioritize, and oversee the delivery of strategic initiatives, marketing campaigns, and customer journeys that support the achievement of Investments business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Retail Banking, Digital Channels, Marketing, IT, Compliance, Legal, Asset Management, Branch Network and external partners to deliver innovative customer solutions and outstanding
• customer experiences.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, campaign performance, and business results, identifying opportunities for growth, optimization, and innovation.
• Drive the development and implementation of digital initiatives, including customer journeys and AI-powered interactions, to enhance customer satisfaction and increase investments product penetration.
• Facilitate effective teamwork, alignment, and accountability within the SLAM team and the extended stakeholder network.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring timely execution and successful delivery of agreed objectives.

You are the right candidate if:

• You hold a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in banking, investments, project management, product management, marketing, or a related area.
• You have experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or business initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• You possess strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• You are business-oriented, results-driven, and able to transform strategic objectives into actionable plans.
• You are proactive, innovative, and comfortable working in an agile and collaborative environment.
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• You are proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• You have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
