The Production Engineer plays a key role in supporting our production operations. The Production Engineer works closely with other engineers and production managers to ensure the efficiency and quality of the manufacturing processes. This role requires knowledge of AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks for design and production planning tasks. The Production engineer reports to Industrial Engineering manager.

- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and production schedules to guide operations.
- Assist in procurement of materials and equipment necessary for production.
- Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce costs.
- Provide technical assistance to production staff and participate in training programs as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production processes, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Introduction of new products and product changes into the production line, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure successful integration and timely delivery.
- Create technical documentation for production orders and provide clear work instructions.
- Develop 2D CAD drawings for work packages and client approval.
- Ensure documentation compliance with current standards and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all production stages.
