The HSE Specialist plays a critical role in promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within our organization. The HSE specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental programs and initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Additionally, they will provide guidance and support to management and employees on matters related to health, safety, and environmental management.

- Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on health, safety, and environmental matters, including the interpretation of regulations and the implementation of safe work practices.
- Coordinate and facilitate health, safety, and environmental training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to health, safety, and environmental performance, including incident reports, inspection findings, and training records.
- Monitor and analyze health, safety, and environmental performance metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement safety and environmental initiatives and drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry developments related to health, safety, and environmental management and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Participate in emergency response planning and preparedness activities and provide support during emergencies and incidents as needed.
