Facilitates technical skills training including instructions, feedback, development plans, and coaching
Recommends solutions, including developing/delivering customized training and team development sessions as needed
Responsible for the organization and the delivery of the technical part of the Induction Training Program, for the design and implementation of tests, surveys and quizzes to measure the effectiveness of the technical training programs with the assistance of the Learning and Development Team Lead
Perform Training needs analysis in collaboration with the Learning and Development Team Lead via the Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors)
Develops and updates standardized tools and reporting for ongoing access to learning information, and develops customized reports as per the business needs
Responsible for ensuring training documentation is maintained up to the local legal and corporate requirements in compliance with Privacy and Data Protection and all internal rules
Manages tracking of course revisions and history, ensures the knowledge management of the training course materials
Identifies and communicates opportunities for process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and suggested enhancements
Other work-related tasks assigned by the Learning and Development Team Lead and Learning and Development Manager
Изисквания за длъжността
Skills and Experience required:
University degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources or Psychology
CCNA certification will be considered as an advantage
AWS Cloud Practitioner certification will be considered as an advantage
At least 2 years of experience in training design and delivery
